Terms for using the Ravnopar platform.

Service description
Ravnopar is a tool for fair dating — profiles, contact requests, chat after mutual acceptance, and moderation. We do not guarantee relationship success or a specific number of matches.
Account and profile
You are responsible for accurate data, password security, and profile content. A profile with a photo and short description is required to send requests to others. Fake profiles and false age are prohibited.
Prohibited behavior
Harassment, threats, spam, hate speech, publishing others’ personal data, non-consensual content, service trading, fraud, and anything illegal under Croatian/EU law are prohibited.
Moderation and suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate the rules, without prior notice in urgent cases. You can report users in the app.
Billing and donations
Core features are free. Premium plans and donations are optional (see /planovi). We publish prices and billing terms in advance.
Service availability
We provide the service “as is”. Outages may occur due to maintenance, hosting, or force majeure. We recommend regularly saving important data (GDPR export in Settings).
Liability
Meetings outside the platform are at your own risk. We advise caution on first meetings (public place, tell someone you trust). Ravnopar is not a party to relationships between users.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Croatia, with binding EU regulations (including GDPR) where applicable. Jurisdiction: courts in Croatia, unless EU consumer law requires otherwise.
